After a couple more coats of red paint in the cold, dark, and wind last night, I pulled off the masking tape. And here is the very nice, sharp waterline.
Early electric refrigerator at the Castle Museum, York, from around the 1930s. Looks like a Monitor Top fridge or derivative, so called because the compressor housing on top of the first type made by General Electric resembled the gun turret of the ironclad warship USS Monitor.
On the right is an ice cabinet, basically a cupboard lined with metal, zinc or tiles!

Io non ci credevo ma questo è quello che è successo ieri sera a casa mia dopo aver aperto una foto di un semplice fontanile...... ancora stiamo asciugando caxxo. Mi raccomando NON e dico NON visualizzate foto delle vacanze soprattutto quelle con posti dove c'é l'acqua tipo fontanelle, fiumi, laghi e assolutamente quelle del mare NO. ................ FATE GIRARE ................. hahahahha...

Why do I always like the expensive lizards? But these are amazing (see next pictures). Actually the latin name is spelled wrong on the sign. The right name is Varanus Macraei.
I took the picture at the East Bay Vivarium in Berkeley.
We monitor for early signs of escaping pollutants with electronic buoys. They float just outside the silt curtain. Here, one buoy gets fresh batteries.
(Varanus salvadorii) crocodile monitor found in New Guinea, it is believed to be one of the longest lizards in the world.Conservation status- The species is maintained at zoological parks , with an unknown number in private collections.
