The Zeplina Power Module was created to power the worlds largest zeppelin, this piece was destined for stardom as an epic event in history. However, its extreme weight and the fact it was mounted at the front of the zeppelin meant that the nose couldn't get of the ground, even with the excessive amount of power it produced. The zeppelin cruised along, bum in the air, nose to the ground like a dog sniffing out the trail of dragged sausages. The zeppelin company refused to pay for the item, so I turned it into a lamp and this (almost) piece of history is for sale!
Here are my modular sculptures, I think they aren't as exciting as some of the other people's modules. Howevver, they aren't bad, and I got a very good grade for my efforts.

'Break the rules composition'
Find and shoot a rural or urban landscape that works with a central composition. Get the basics right in terms of settings, metering, exposure and focusing, and how you frame your shot.
It is not an uncommon sight to see balls floating out to sea. Further up there was a veritable tennis ball graveyard.

Remember to label up your plans by including a title under the left hand side of the drawing.
Ensure that the door swing starts from the inside of the frame and draw in the door swing before you draw in the door length.
Only use one in arrow to show which is the principle entrance to the room and write the word "in' the correct way up.
When drawing bathrooms ensure that you also include plug holes for the basin and bath which are drawn using a finer nibbled pen.

The Virtual Environments module, ( 1st Year FD Design for Digital Media ) - set a brief where students had to create a prototype experience based around an area from the DirectGov website . The students were advised to focus their projects on the areas of 'Environment & Greener Living' or 'Health and Wellbeing'
Waste and Recycling
This prototype build, focused on Recycling waste. The build was split into two sections.. a recycling building that contained a conveyor belt where you could find out what objects could be recycled as they headed towards the furnace ( in the larger idea - this would be a further developed game element where people would sift objects that could be recycled or not ). The second section was a Rubbish Dump - that explained more of the dangers of badly disposed waste.
I built out the board for this Lunar Module clone a couple of weeks ago, but hadn't put it in an enclosure yet. With the Telematic in the house, that seemed more pressing. So here it is. I love these wedge enclosures. Very retro and cool. I try not to shill for people, especially if I don't know them, but Skreddy really brought an amazing pedal to the world with the Lunar Module.
It's supposed to sound like Gilmour's, 'Dark Side of the Moon' setup, which was a Colorsound Overdriver into a silicon Fuzz Face, I believe. This will get you pretty close to Gilmour, but it does all kinds of other things, too. That lower left knob adjusts how much voltage hits the second transistor and it can change the whole sound of the pedal. The center top knob pans between two different input capacitors and can really change the voicing because it not only adds low end, but adds it early in the signal chain (right up front), so that changes how the pedal clips.
These things are just amazing. I completely endorse them. I want to buy one of the Hybrid Fuzz Drivers, which I believe are built on the same PCB as the Lunar Module, only with one germanium transistor and two silicon instead of all three silicon.
Like I'd guessed, this was a whole different beastie with single-coil pickups. I'd only ever used the old one I built (and let go as part of the Troika Kickstarter) with humbuckers. Yeah, this is great. Never gonna let this one go. Barring tragedy or something.
This Apollo Command module is identical to those used during the Apollo Program. This particular module was used to ferry the crew of the last Skylab mission who lived in the Skylab for 84 days, from Nov. 16, 1973 to Feb. 8, 1974.

Assembled from 8 modules from 7.5cm square Kami. This simple module is from a slight variation of the Windmill Base. In this variation, Fish motif is depicted on the assembled model.

Instrument modules for the second ARM Mobile Facility (AMF2) are unpacked at the valley floor site in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
The 2010-2011 Storm Peak Lab Cloud Property Validation Experiment (STORMVEX) field campaign saw the deployment of the second ARM Mobile Facility (AMF2) to Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The purpose of the campaign was to collect data on clouds and precipitation in a complex terrain, specifically a wintertime and mountainous environment.

This girl's modular design was fabulous. What you are looking at is a series of 5 x 8 office cards carefully folded and attached in various ways, using nothing but the cards themselves.
My first attempt at this module. Not 100% happy with it so weather permitting may try to reshoot if this rain ever stops.

A gentle breeze banjaxed my intended shot of mirror reflections in the Water of Leith - however I did manage to capture the gorgeous water reflections under this bridge. So that's another box ticked!

I finally went out to take some pictures for the last module of this camera school. I've been very busy, with shooting a bunch of other things while trying to balance it out with my exams. (I shot a couple concerts, and my school's basketball team has asked me to be their photographer, after shooting a couple of their matches.
So, this is what I've come up with. I'm not sure what to pick and help would be appreciated.
