I went for a more vertical design focus on this house compared to some of my others, while still keeping it small. Building small things and trying to decrease the overall size of creations is again still increasingly growing on me. It might be related to the overall slow paste of building that I experience recently, though I will get back to making large scale things once I find the time, at least that´s what I hope for. None the less, I hope you enjoy this for the moment.
A school girl on lunch break in Saigon. The contrast of this girl wearing an ao dai (traditional Vietnamese dress) with her long hair in a pony tail (also traditional Vietnamese style), but sitting on a new, sporty bike, and with multiple earrings in her ear, this is what I see in Saigon.
Not sure of the model but, this was Morgans recent move to modernise their iconic cars but trying to retain some of the historic looks.
Seen at a car show at Hyde Hall today.

De muren van dit gebouw bestaan volledig uit staafjes geglazuurd aardewerk. Architect: Sauerbruch Hutton.
Dit schrijven zij zelf over de gevel: Vor der Fassadenfläche wurden 36 000 einzelne Keramikflächen vertikal angebracht. Sie sind in 23 verschiedenen Farben glasiert und teilen sich in drei Familien unterschiedlicher Farbigkeit und Tonalität auf. So entsteht der optische Eindruck, das Haus bestehe aus drei ineinander verzahnten Einzelvolumen.

A word to the car: It's a Land Rover Invader... pardon, Defender.
Copied to 90% from BrickDesigners but not 7-wide, which looks better, but 6-wide, to fit in with the other two Landrovers I've already built.
Not visible in the picture is the rear axle - I managed to fit a swing axle in this model.
The likewise invisible roof-slopes for the rear door are an idea by Lichtblau.
You know it's a good car when you can keep your horned helmet on!
And apologies for the strong colours - my camera decided that I needed a filter on my pics and used the Expressive filter. I already wondered with the Superman picture, why the colours are off, but it took me some more pictures to find out what's wrong.

Bestellte Flächen erstrahlen im frischen Grün der neuen Saat, während andere auf das auflaufen der Saat warten und die späten Sorten noch geerntet werden. Durchzogen werden oft die Felder durch alte Feldwege mit ihrem urigen Baumbestand und verhassten Kopfsteinpflaster. Dazwischen die neuen Kraftwerke der Grünen und ab und zu grüßt eine Kuppel einer Biogasanlage, gut befüllt mit dem frisch geernteten Mais.
Recently repainted into a Milwaukee Road tribute livery, complete with "beer sign" and Hiawatha logos, Metra 405 sits on Track 5 at the north side of Chicago Union Station, waiting to depart with Milwaukee District North Line train 2125. On Track 9, empty equipment for another Milwaukee District, or perhaps North Central Service, train arrives, ready to load evening commuters. Beyond, Amtrak's 'Empire Builder' has just arrived, and a red cap has shown up to fill the luggage cart and assist passengers into the station.
I felt I needed to upload some more figures! This is a spetsnaz soldier from CoD. This is my favorite figure in my whole collection. Help from my uncle on this one, he did great!
