An ethereal take on the Gehry complex in Duesseldorf. Let me know what you think :-)

The MAAT (Museum of Art, Architecture, and Technology) in Lisbon is an amazing architectural gem with its wave-like design and shiny ceramic facade. It’s a cultural hotspot, featuring contemporary art and cool, innovative exhibitions that mix creativity and technology. Right by the Tagus River, it’s a must-see—and a perfect spot for photography.

As the sun was almost touching the horizon, I spotted a group of joggers running straight through the beam of sunlight, their movement casting beautiful, long shadows on the ground. It was a picture-perfect moment just waiting to be captured! 😊

Although the free tickets 'sell' out almost immediately upon release, if you happen to be passing by on a weekday then it would be worth popping in to see if they have any 'standby' tickets on the day. You may be lucky as I was on a Friday afternoon back in May.

From Wikipedia, "The new tower at 20 Fenchurch Street was designed by Uruguayan architect Rafael Viñoly.

The 'sky garden' at the top of the building was claimed by the developer to be London's highest public park, but since opening there have been debates about whether it can be described as a 'park', and whether it is truly 'public' given the access restrictions. The garden spans the top three floors, which are accessible by two express lifts and include a large viewing area, terrace, bar and two restaurants. Fourteen double-deck lifts (seven low-rise up to the 20th floor, seven high-rise above the 20th floor) serve the main office floors of the building.

The south side of the structure is ventilated externally to improve efficiency and decrease solar gain, whilst the east and west faces incorporate extensive solar shading. There is a southern entrance in addition to the main northern entrance set back from Fenchurch Street."

An interest in observing and then realistically representing the material details of the environment, creates an abstract.

In taking this photo, I wanted to explore the purity of contrast between black and white in its most elementary form. I chose to work with simple, repetitive lines, like a visual breathing in space. My intention was to create a silent visual score, where each vertical element marks a pause, a time, like the beats of a metronome. I was seeking that sensation of calm and regularity that can be felt in a perfectly mastered space-time.

The new Sen̓áḵw development along the Burrard Bridge in Vancouver, BC.

In Toulouse airport's connecting tunnel, I focused on how the curved glass and lighting create an almost sci-fi atmosphere. The repeated forms and aqua-tinted glass transform this functional passage into a futuristic transportation capsule.

A capture of a local new office buildings. Well designed with lots if linear elements and sharp corners. In the middle is a circular glass sections with blades of steel running all around the outer circular steel frame. The roof slopes to create a very modern, clean but quite artistically pleasing building.

Just decided to take a capture today as the light was quite subtle and wanted ti see if I can do it justice with not much post processing

This is a photo I took of the roof of the central train station in the Hague, the Netherlands. I really like the pattern of the ceiling and the pillar that raises up to it.

New innovative design. As a coffee table offers a new height , higher than most of the coffee tables in the market . This product even allows storage in the mid section. Allow your imagination. Adapt it and use it for your purposes. With na easy to open system is surely the best way to hide those spare objects normally present in any room of your house. Think of it not only as a coffee but as a storage solution that you can adapt to your bedroom and even to your hallway.

Mellom dette spennet og østre landkar er det to spenn på 32 meter og et på 26 meter. Vest for tårnet er det et 30 meter langt spenn som fører fram til en 32 meter lang ballastkasse. Total brulengde blir 169,5 meter pluss ballastkassen.

This city hall is part of Project Inverdan, which also consists of a brand new hotel (Inntel) which looks like a pile of wooden houses from the Zaan Region, a shopping mall/apartment complex (Hermitage) and the reinstatement of a canal on the Gedempte Gracht shopping street.

Monumental and expressive, airy and transparent, Liège-Guillemins station, with a vaulted glass and steel canopy, is the work of the renowned Spanish engineer and architect Santiago Calatrava. The canopy covers five platforms and extends over 145 meters. The station accommodates services for Belgium's high-speed rail network. It was completed in 2009.

The true contemporary concept has a strong character, modern shapes with the clean lines.. The yellow color is the choice of this design.

This is a photo I took in July 2015 during the construction of the Iceberg Project in Aarhus. Since then, the Iceberg has become a landmark in the city’s revitalized harbor area. Its sharp, angular design, resembling floating icebergs, was crafted to maximize sunlight and views of the waterfront. Today, it's an iconic example of modern Danish architecture, blending striking visuals with functionality, and perfectly reflecting the maritime vibe of its surroundings - Aarhus, Denmark

captured at the riem arcaden in munich, this shot encapsulates the interplay between architecture and human movement. the striking geometry of the glass bridge, combined with the silhouettes of the figures, creates a scene that feels both structured and fleeting. reflections in the glass and the sharp contrasts of light and shadow add layers of depth, making the viewer pause to consider the unseen stories of those crossing paths. it’s a moment that embodies the rhythm of city life—where every movement is framed within the urban canvas.

Experience the breathtaking Maraya Concert Hall in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. As the world’s largest mirrored building, this architectural marvel perfectly blends into the ancient sandstone landscape of the Ashar Valley. Its reflective glass walls create a mesmerizing mirage, capturing the timeless beauty of the desert mountains and the expansive sky in one frame. A true masterpiece where nature meets modern design.
