These are all the LEGO models I built in 2010. Until I compiled these pictures, I felt I had a bit of a slow year. In particular in the last half of the year, when I started a new job in another part of the country and spent most of my time about 300 km from my LEGO collection, I haven't been building much of anything. However, I managed to crank out 27 LEGO models after all, which isn't bad.
Yes, I know, You'd rather see pictures of new models than collections of pictures of models you've already seen, but I've seen a few people do these in the last few days and like the idea. And anyway, I am going to be permanently reunited with my collection in about a month and have plenty of ideas for new stuff:
-a large 1/36 aircraft (most likely a B-52)
-a minifig scale WW-II bomber (most likely a B-17)
-a 1/22 scale jet fighter (most likely an F-16)
-a 1/22 scale helicopter (most likely an AH-64)
-a 1/22 scale infantry fighting vehicle (most likely an M2 Bradley)
-a 1/22 scale truck with stepframe trailer and back-hoe loader (currently already under construction)
-more buildings for Brickston Borough
-plenty of cars for the upcoming LUGNuts challenges, of course.
Happy 2011!
And the fading ghost sign on the Paris Block on West Hastings Street. After decades in the same location Model Express has recently moved their shop a few doors to the East so I'm not sure how much longer the old plastic signage will be up.
This is a model of the first board of Fez that I completed a few days ago. This is a brick-by-brick exact copy. I have tried to be true to the color and placement of all bricks in this model.
I have successfully submitted this to Lego cuusoo. If you are interested in this model it needs 10,000 supporters for lego to review it. Go there and give it support:
A Model Shop Studio production.
