A location on Strijp-S that I have not visited before. The atmosphere of this location really appealed to us and playing with the available light was a nice challenge.
Two Geeps and a 10 car train of loaded coal hoppers seems like something you'd break out at the model railroad club while you're building out your collection. However, on this day it's the consist of train P07 as it rolls through downtown Durham. In just a few minutes, they'll turn off the main and onto the J-Line toward Chapel Hill.

On the Photokina 2016 Fuji invited many of their ambassadors to give a one hour workshop. One of them was Trevor Yerburny. If you google him, you wil find out that he is a great artist. In his workshop about portrait photography he showed his theory on a beautiful model. What he did with one studiolight and before a black background, I tried to do without. Thank you mr. Yerburny for your excellent lecture ... and model.
My 11 year old god daughter has recently secured herself a modelling agent and this is one of her portfolio pictures i was lucky enough to take for her!
Sharing its roofline design nearly intact from the 1954 Motorama "dream car", the first version of the Chevrolet Nomad was produced as a two-door "sport wagon". While considered a distinct model line, the Nomad was trimmed in line with the Bel Air sedan, along with its badging.
The production Nomad was the Chevrolet counterpart of the Pontiac Safari; while the two vehicles shared an identical chassis and roofline, the Safari shared its front fascia with the Pontiac Chieftain and interior trim with the Pontiac Star Chief (its sedan counterpart).
