There is a pleasure in the pathless woods,
There is a rapture on the lonely shore,
There is society, where none intrudes,
By the deep sea, and music in its roar,
I love not man the less, but Nature more... - Lord Byron

Two Crosville Bristol K ECW. Both were purchased secondhand so am not sure of origins, however the one on the left is a Brackenborough kit, the other looks to be a LBC resin kit

I like shooting models of cars, so when the opportunity arises I go for it. The car belongs to my daughters husband, Cameron, and also owns a model 4-door sedan version of this utility.
The car is a Ford BA Falcon XR8. (in case you're unfamiliar), and the model is 1/18th scale, Biante.
For this shoot, I started out using my 580EXII with a 43" shoot through brolly, mounted on my Avenger (copy) C-Stand. The flash was cranked up to the max, and camera was @ iso400 and f/22 on the 17-40L. I wanted more power, so ended up swapping out the flash for my Ranger Quadra (this photo). The Q was running off socket B @ 2/3 power I think, and still using the same brolly/stand set-up. The reflector of the Q filled the brolly nicely, unlike the tighter beam of the 580EXII (@24mm).
The setup shot below was shot with the 580EXII, and levels lifted about a stop. Post work was minimal with the shots lit with the Quadra, just slight sharpening and a S curve in PS. Out of camera files were JPEG, not RAW............for no other reason than I forgot to set RAW, it was late, close to midnight :-)
Model Skip Ros really put in work on this shoot. He just got signed 2 weeks prior and I was proud to be his first shoot.

An easy cel from the models, you can do this.
I did this one (in the 70's) before they even thought of the movie, from the models. I used a sharpie to ink it.
Remington Model 8 Ready for disassembly. Make sure firearm is un-loaded (double-check the chamber!) and take the rifle off 'safe' and lock back the bolt carrier.
