I Went on a Portrait Workshop the other evening to learn a bit more about shooting portraits in a studio environment. This shot was of Leonore (model). I purposefully set the aperture to 2.8 to see what the result would be. I managed to do little post processing to highlight the more visible parts of the face.

It goes without saying that I am not trying to portray mental health issues (and those who suffer from them) in any derogatory fashion. It's just a studio shoot, nothing more.
Both girls in the shot were models.
