New door for the workshop. Cut down a surplus interior door to fit the narrow opening of my workshop. Did you know that some interior doors are made of thin ply and cardboard? Clearly, that wouldn't do. Once new wood was inserted in the trimmed edges of the door, a perimeter frame was welded from angle iron. The doorknob strike plate is the gauges socket from a Ford Model T. Once I welded on grate from a cattle gate panel, a much more substantial door was complete.
Model T runabout modified into a flatbed and converted to run on snow. Conversion modeled after real kits like the Snow Flyer Kit. Built for the Lugnuts "Snowed In!" challenge.
