much of the summer and I am beefing up my audio engineering skills through
online classes, in addition to maintaining the consistent weekly livecast

bass player, Sam Lambert, suddenly up and moved to Massachusetts, where he
is originally from. Sam played his last show with SK on 13th of July and we
wish him the best in his new life and job. We are working in a new bass
player and the new configuration will premier in September. Check the band

Chuva Boa
is also in the process of integrating a bass player; look on the page for
the latest on that.

LIVE PERFORMANCE NEWS (for locals): We are not performing many live public
shows this summer due to people travelling and getting picky about
invitations to perform. We all agree that life is too short for any but
most fun live gigs, and those seem to be trending private. I did say yes to
helping inaugurate the new biweekly Acoustic showcase at Coffee Culture
on the 29th of July because I think it's important to support venues who
are coming onboard for live music.
