He's in denial. He seems to think that I can work with two monkeys on my lap while he tries to tell me about his ever so exciting day while perched at my feet.

I think I'll have to give him a "work from home/take your robot to work day" so he can understand that his fancy tool hands might actually come in handy assembling frames while he watches one monkey and I watch the other. Without opposable thumbs, they're going to be kind of useless to me.

But I put in my official notice for my job, talked about slowing down my schedule, and training others to do my job. I've learned that quitting your job while still loving where you work because you care is a lot more work than I had anticipated.

My 365 may suffer, but I said that I would do it.

Again, John has been amazing. We're having to schedule an hour of not multi-tasking. But that soon will work itself out.

This project called misunderstood, started with the idea of portraying these people escaping from a society that does not accept them for what they are and where they do not fit in. In this shot the model is supposed to represent an androgynous figure in a plain background who is wearing very impactful clothes in order to catch its beauty that lies in its diversity.

So I never got it straight, but I guess I prefer it that way.

The exhaustive planning, the imagination set free, the impeccable timing and simultaneous attention to composition, the hours of photoshopping to harmoniously blend the contradicting elements of innocent childish enjoyment with death & decomposition, and not to mention finishing it off with a caption that perfectly summarises the movement, creativity and mystery.
