My first day of Minecraft and this is my Home.

A piggie and a cow! So adorable! Like 8-bit video games, Minecraft was as good as designed for Lego models.

360 degree view of a portion of my Minecraft world

I was trying to mix icings to make wood and cobblestone blocks, not sure they were terribly successful though.

From the Siegen computer clubhouses. Taken by Alexander Boden. Created in Minecraft, exported by Mineways. Sadly, the larger model's base broke as it was printed too thin.

Yep this is my Minecraft skin. I made this by myself using a combination of Minershoes.com and MS paint. A friend of mine edited for me, because I dont have Photoshop :P

I need some opinions on the Quiver though, Any tips or Ideas would be appreciated

EDIT: Im tagging people that I know have Minecraft :P

Meteors in an Age designed for wood farming (Redwood Trees). Not really one of my better ideas.

Minecraft Birthday Cake done for boy's 15th birthday. Milk chocolate cake. All the cake toppers are edible, made of either hand sculpted fondant or hand painted chocolate. Got the thumbs up from the birthday boy.

This is one of the things we got (Boy wanted it) at the crafting store, one had a cylinder head, and the other, a block. They had pens and stickers to go with it, and i looked at the block one, and it reminded me of Minecraft, so I decided to make it look just like me, and the Minecraft head was a bonus. I drew all of it my self exept for the sticker eyes. I drew on my jacket, pants, shoes, hair, and then made a pickaxe (I have a foam one) Out of a toohpick, paper, and markers. Doesn't it look cool? Oh and there was an orange marker, but no skin, so I did what I do on paper, which is lightly color orange, then erase it a bit. It works so well!

I had the chance to to illustrate a story about Minecraft. My little brother plays it obsessively, so I jumped at the opportunity. The art director sourced a minecraft head, and the model brought the sweatpants and shirt. I scheduled the shoot for 8 a.m., and we got to work. The AD originally wanted a shot against a brick wall, so I got it and then moved on. This is a much better photo- the city is in the background, there's a nice leading line with contrast between the railing and the shadow, and there's an awesome shadow from the model to balance things out. I like it. It went into my portfolio.

Sunrise view from the top of my Minecraft Home's tower, overlooking the newly built greenhouse and the animal's pens.

I needed to build an outpost in a snowy biome so I would have a good place to listen to metal. Then, I needed a fast way to get to it, so I made a portal.

Games MOOC tour with Massively Minecraft on 7/28/12

I created this in minecraft, duh, and then I exported it as an obj file, imported into cinema 4D, textured all the blocks (which took forever), and finally rendered. (GI + Ambient Occlusion)

There are 3 texture faults, find them, and you'll receive the gift of being a know-it-all.

The water texture is horrible, I know, it was the C4D standard one.
