I have so many documents like this that I write out in Microsoft Excel. It's my life story organized by month and year. I like putting things that aren't really related together on a common scale. I sent it to Virginia and she said she liked reading it and that it made her feel close to me and miss me and she cried. Then she wrote out her life story and sent it to me which was so amazing to read that I felt so close to her and missed her and cried.

A graphical representation of my GPS logs collected during 2009.
The data was recorded using a NavMan in-car GPS and also on an iPhone using TrailGuru and GPS Tracker..
Only UK data is displayed here so that the data is easily viewable. Data was convered to KML, extracted using a Perl script, imported into Microsoft Excel, and displayed as a scatter graph.
London is clearly visible, as are trips to Cheshire, Birmingham, Wales and Glastonbury. Smaller trips to the right are to Harlow, Southend and Brands Hatch.
I live and work in West London, which explains the large amount of activity in that area, and the trips to South West London are to visit friends and attend band practices.
Only 5% of the data gathered is actually displayed here as Excel cannot handle more then 65,000 rows in a spreadsheet, hence some spots are missing but general trends are visible. I'll find another way of drawing the data soon.
