How is it that every hole in the wall chinese food place has the same exact gross menu sign hanging above the counter? How is it that each one is faded by the sun even though the sun never hits them? Is it that thick filmy layer of grease and centuries old dust that does it?
I think this is from my 1996 visit, but might be from 1988. I heard they're out of business; burned down in 2012.

Spesso i prezzi vengono scritti direttamente sul muro e sono espressi in Scellini Kenyoti (KSH). 120 scellini aquivalgono approssimativamente a un euro, quindi un piatto di Sima (Polenta Bianca senza sale) costa circa 15 centesimi.
