this is the menu from a cool little sushi place two minutes from my apartment. It first opened just after we arrived here about four years ago when the menu was just a photocopy, and we've seen it grow and grow... the sushi has ALWAYS been awesome though!

Five broths/types of ramen available including the classics of: Shuyu (light soy), Shio heavy Tonkotsu), Shiro (creamy Tonkotsu), Miso and Akaoni (spicy miso). As my Grandpa noted: sometimes it's best when a restaurant sticks to a small list of what they can do well. ;) Wise words indeed. (Grandpa is so cute).

The Premier Dinning menu, but when you are on a 20 hour railtour you do need food to go with the beer.
I would do again the food was good and plenty of it too onboard Pathfinder Tours "The Dartmouth Flyer"
