Meal was served family style, and I was too busy stuffing my face to take any food photos, but this is the deliciousness that was served:
Kohlrabi salad with fennel, evalon, pears, roasted shiitakes, toasted almonds, and ginger dressing
Grilled corn
Grilled broccoli with rogue river smokey bleu and spice krispies
Beef heart with short rib groat-a-roni (My personal favorite!!!)
Spare ribs
Pork shanks with yellow tomato-vanilla bean relish
Dessert was a cobbler with berries and pumpkin ice cream + cider, and we started off with snacks in the afternoon of some badass cream cheese tomato-y dip. YUM.

This sign features both symbols from the Chinese and English alphabet. The english letters are used to create an organised sequenced system upon the board. The information on the board is not permanent as it is written in chalk. Remnants of previous text is obvious underneath the current information. The board was placed in a sequence out the front of the restaurant in order to gauge the attention of passersby.
Comenzamos a degustar el Menu, con una ensalada de ventresca de atún mallorquÃn, rico en omega tres, sazonada y untada con una crema de jamón ibérico a modo de mantequilla, servido templado. Para refrescar el conjunto una ensalada de primavera con espárragos, rábanos, pomelo rosa y piñones. Flores y brotes de primavera, de las cercanÃas del restaurante. Delicioso.-

We begin to taste the Menu, with a salad of majorcan tuna belly ich in omega three, seasoned and smeared with cream ham as a butter, served middle warm. To refresh it the set a spring salad with asparagus, radishes, pink grapefruit and pine nuts. Flowers and spring outbreaks, from the near of restaurant. Delicious.-

The dinner menu for the night was posted on the board at the end of the Mess Hall - the same way it did 50 years ago!
If not for "Croque Monsieur" and "Croque Madame", I wonder how many American tourists would have starved to death while in Paris?
