Notice how these guys compensate their heights to meet the desired level and avoid drooping the tip of the Main rotor Blade ..
"Our Sikorsky Helicopters undergo various inspection and maintenance works to keep them perfectly operational. One at 25 hours flying time, another at 50 hours flying time, and 100 hours Flying time. Added to that is the quarterly and Annual Inspection in order to replace Time Change Items (TCI)"
In order to mount the main rotor blade, the support should be at the same level with the main rotor hub.

This is at the junction of Harrow Road and Scrubs Lane, looking towards Paddington, West London.
What is amazing is that these men are working with about 700 volts DC in one of these cables, unless sections were easy to isolate, but I doubt this.

My kitchen and garage roof being replaced. There were EIGHT layers of felt on the garage section (on the left) which had been applied over the years!!
This was captured recently at a charcoal factory at a village call Terong. They are using the mangrove trees to make charcoal. Basically mangroves are put into a huge clay furnace and burn over night.
This is a dying industry as the mangroves are protected by the government from over cutting as they take about 30 years to grow. Sooner or later we won't be able to see these type of factory again.

With one of the cheapest data in the world, it is not surprising to see everyone glued to their phone.

The Grand Princess is a Grand-class cruise ship owned by Princess Cruises. Built in 1998 by Fincantieri Cantieri Navali Italiani in Monfalcone, Italy, at a cost of approximately US$450 million. Capacity: 2,590 lower berth passengers; 3,100 maximum passengers. Grand Princes is a post-panamax ship which means it WILL fit through the widened, Panama Canal.
A National Grid crew was working on new construction along Horizon Terrace - a Freightliner dump truck with trailer for the back hoe.
Railway right-of-way workers were busy off to the left while this man with a jet pack was left to clean up the road in McComb, Mississippi.
Thus ends the slide show. We made off to New Orleans for lots of great food and fun (and no photography).
When I was in my 20s, I was always mortified walking past construction crews, because of the shameless cat-calling and whistling. Now that I'm well into my 30s, I've come to view these crews as good Samaritan-type social workers--a blue-collared species of expert motivational speakers, working hard every day to help raise the spirits of middle-aged women everywhere.
You say you want fries with that shake? A'ait, boys...watch this. How you like *them* fries, y'all?
Uh-huh. Dat's right. Momma's still got it.
A very appropriately placed sign in fact it almost looks like the sign is digging for real ... Finsbury Circus, London

On the last day of 2012 this special vehicle is greasing Amsterdam tram tracks.
However no Olivia Newton John or John Travolta. A loyal employee of public transport company GVB is doing his routine job with his converted Mercedes-Benz Sprinter.
Op oudejaarsdag 2012 werd deze smeerwagen (compleet met trambel voorop) gespot in de stad.
Een trouwe medewerker van het GVB was bezig met zijn routinerondje in Amsterdam-centrum en Oost.
