電柱の脇に仮設柱を立てる。仮設柱に電線を移す（いまここ）。電柱を抜いて新電柱を建てる。電線を新電柱に移す。仮設柱を抜く。それぞれの作業は間（1カ月とか長いと1年とか）をおいて実施されるのでまだるっこしい。
