Street view in Eguisheim, an attractive medieval town in the French Alsace.

Rocca Calascio, Abruzzo region, Italy

There are several beautifully preserved medieval streets and houses in the centre of the town of Laval. Laval is a town in western France, about 300 km southwest of Paris.

The medieval town square just visible at the end of this little street can be seen here. In that image, the street here disappears between the two buildings on the left.

Balade découverte dans les ruelles médiévales du Mans après avoir franchi les remparts romains. Surprenantes maisons de colombage qui nous font revivre le passé.

A discovery walk through the medieval streets of Le Mans after crossing the Roman walls. Surprising half-timbered houses bring the past to life.

Welcome to the Medieval. This is a build I made for the new Black Falcons, showing a remote outpost in which the archers are training to be the best of the best.

The build was inspired by buildings from games like Age of Empires, with lots of little details and a fully detailed interior.

Provins was located at the crossroads of important trade routes. The largest markets in the country were held here.

At the time, the town was under the protection of the Counts of Champagne.

The underground of the old town is criss-crossed by medieval corridors. They play a role in Umberto Eco's novel "The Foucault Pendulum".

Gengenbach is a small town (11,200 inhabitants) on the western edge of the Black Forest, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. The town has a beautiful, traditional, by medieval-era, old-historical influenced old town ("Altstadt") with picturesque colourful timber framed houses.

Gengenbach was founded in the 13th century and became an Imperial Free City in 1360.

after playing some assassins creed over xmas I decided to quickly make a medieval style decal and this is what I came up with. If you use it please give credit.

Ancient Parish Church.

My one-day clutch of an entry for the Summer Joust atmospheric category (serene/contemplative).

I meant to enter way earlier, then decided not to for numerous reasons. This morning I then thought, well, why.not? And here we are.

This thing was whipped up today and went through some serious reshoots until I found something that just so happened to be just serene - which is the mood I reckon this scene does convey rather well.

Thanks to the people over on my Discord server for sharing their thoughts on the numerous options I photographed throughout probably a similar amount of time as I spent building this, if not longer.

Cheers

PS: This certainly isn't the cleanest nor sharpest picture I've ever taken, but I felt like it does the job.

This is a modular medieval tavern with inn, designed to fit the 21325 LEGO Medieval Blacksmith.

Building instructions can be found at rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-72838/

The moc features a tavern with kitchen, an open cooking area and a closed fireplace on the ground floor, two bedrooms, one of them with a fireplace and a "toilet", on the first floor and a straw bed, some stored items and a clothesline on the second floor. Since not every corner of the attic is frequently visited, a rather large spider has moved in and is now guarding a small treasure in the back corner.

One of the largest and most impressive medieval barns in England. Dated around the 13th Century and now cared for by the Natiional Trust.

I'm working on a second Skyrim-inspired build, which includes a stilt house (something close to what you can find in Morthal or Riften). I've built detailed furniture for this house, even if the interior will most probably not be visible when the build is complete.

So I thought, what if I'd show it separately ?
