Wannabe Warmer Whatever the heck day it is #10
The one good thing about retirement is that my life isn't structured and I tend to stop thinking about what day it is. Also, this week I started to get back on track with my walking again. Have been pushing 4 miles a day but that will get better once the days are longer and I can get outside. Last year, with covid, losing my job, getting my house emptied to put on the market, along with a disturbing event in my life, I leaned toward lazy and comfort food. Put on WAY too many pounds and am so NOT happy with myself. Time to get my &^%$ together!!!
