Big rivers that vary according to what's going on miles upstream are new to us. The storms in Northern New Hampshire really DO make a difference in "our" usually placid old river.

2012.

This rice padi is in the center of a massive water reservoir which is currently empty. Sunil thought that someone would have bought the rights to fish that area, and as there is no water he is farming. If you look closely you can see the pump used to irrigate the padis.
