Duane and I experienced the Lancaster Art Walk. We visited many different shops, ate at our favorite Lancaster bar (Lancaster Dispensing Company, we had Pesto and Brie and shared a veggie grinder and booze) and visited a scary artist studio. Good fun! The only thing is...it was like 84 degrees...IN APRIL. That is just wrong.
This guy in the upper window resembled the picture of Maurice Sendak with his Nutcracker illustration from the sign. There was a caption under that picture that said "Many considered it a self-portrait."
Watched Where the Wild Things are movie and loved it. It made me want to get the book out and read it again. The kiddies love it as much as I did and still do.
