Apparently one of the finest chefs in town, he has been taking care of hotel Peninsula's kitchen for the past 7 years, before which he used to work for another leading restaurant in town.

This is an amazingly delicious flavor combination. The cake is moist, soft and super chocolatey, with a crackly top. The salted almond frosting pairs perfectly with the chocolate cake.
This is one cupcake recipe that I know for sure I'll be making again!
