“Life is a mix of good and bad phases. Make the most of the good times, and never lose hope during the bad times.”

- Dr Prem Jagyasi

On a day like today, two years ago. We were trying to protect ourselves and survive in the Covid-19 pandemic (still doing it). Today trying to keep our faith in these difficult times. ☮️🙏

We haven't had a break but we continue to point towards a better future. Will it be possible?

They’re so sweet!

Exploring two different lighting moods.

This is their second location (the first, which we’ve eaten at several times, is unfortunately closed). We had a great meal consisting of a taco melt, beet Reuben, and mac & cheese! After eating, we drove to Harrington Beach State Park and took a hike. It was a great outing!

I invite you to visit all my photo-gallery. Thanks

The Akron, Ohio Chapter of the American Guild of Organists held a Member's Recital Sunday afternoon, which I attended. My son Brian was one of six members who performed.

The location was Bath United Church of Christ, and it was a sunny afternoon with a temperature of 41 degrees, such a delight! The sanctuary of Bath Church houses a three-manual and pedal Schantz Organ, built in 2004 by the Schantz Organ Company of Orrville, Ohio. It's a lovely setting with large picture windows, running nearly floor to ceiling, that overlook a wooded landscape.

The first church building dates to 1834; it is still standing and preserved as part of the long history of this place.

March 2023.

It is impossible to shoot an outdoor photo of a car without reflections of palm trees. I realize I could start a collection of PALMS IN PAINT, because I have a lot of shots. Cars aren't my fave to photograph, but I thought I'd put a few on FLICKR for the diehards.

If you entered a car in the CAR SHOW Mar 8-9, I have thousands of shots. Just drop me a message, and if I have a photo of your car, I'd be happy to e-mail it to you.

This picture is for the group Happy Caturday and this week the theme is "Into Mischief".

I thought it would be easy to get a picture of both cats into mischief.. but they KNOW when they aren't supposed to be doing something and so by the time I grabbed the camera they both looked like angels. Well, maybe not THAT good but they stopped: ripping the toilet paper to shreds, licking my french vanilla coffee creamer and batting food across the kitchen floor. So I had to settle for the usual "get off of the counter" picture. :)

Mr. Elijah sitting on the kitchen sink like he belongs there!! For some reason he recently has started to get up on the counters again. Now we have to start our training all over again. 😟

Our kitchen counters are along three walls. I think Noah thinks that they are there just for him to stretch out on!! He is definitely the most stubborn little cat that I have ever had to train to stay off of the counters and kitchen table. 😖😤😡

Last night I got transported into a magical Kingdome of the Far Away land of Aurora where silence fills the void but the silence is rich with song of the universe... a land where frozen snow is on the shady side of lake where I am but not on the side I am shooting... a land where peaceful bird and elk sounds weave a lullabye, where coyotes yap their nightly song

magical colors filled the air briefly behind the Moonlit Mount Adams and Lenticular Clouds that lingered for hours.

breathe deep of the mystery, take it all in thru your pores to feed the cells of your body...

yes, I saw the Aurora Borealis on a small scale behind the Lenticulars over Trout Lake, Washington and I was thrilled as I lounged on a frozen snowbank at midnight waiting for a long exposure shot... BLISS I tell ya!

This is a Quick Lightroom 3 process on the RAW file done on a friends computer since mine had just died causing me to lose Photoshop

"Baby"

Judy Royal Glenn Photography

Meet Baby—she is a mandarin duck originally from East Asia. I also photographed her while in El Paso, Texas. A resident that has been feeding her for years, named her.

I too feel sorry for Baby because she does not have a mate. Don't ask me how she got there.

Happy first day of spring!!

Location: Ascarate Lake, El Paso, Texas
