The College of DuPage Continuing Education and Welding/Manufacturing Programs recently hosted a camp to assist members of local Boy Scout of America Troops in earning two hard-to-get merit badges and to educate the youth about the various technical programs offered at the College.

En el seu interior hi havia el Bar Pasajes i algunes petites botigues, incloent un rellotger, però van anar tancant i el Passatge de les Manufactures va entrar en decadència. El passatge de les Manufactures tancava durant la nit i els dies festius. L'adquisició de les finques que eren travessades pel passatge per una cadena hotelera va implicar el tancament del passatge temporalment. Tot va ser reformat integrament i el Passatge de les Manufactures ha recuperat l'esplendor que havia perdut al llarg dels anys.

The second crucible failure. This one was expected: I put a layer of clay and another, smaller coffee can within this one to prevent the inner lining of the crucible from failing and leaking aluminum, which allowed me to complete the melt and pour.
