The Carl Sandburg College Career, Technical and Health Education Department hosted a breakfast for local business, manufacturing and education professionals on Thursday, April 3 to discuss the five-year outlook in the manufacturing field. Attendees began with breakfast followed by the meeting and later a tour of Sandburg facilities. Attendees included representatives from area schools and industry partners including Midstate Manufacturing, BNSF Railway, Pegasus Manufacturing, GREDA and numerous other local business and economic development agencies.
