Using Nikon Nikkor-Q 200mm f4, pre-Ai, manual focus.

This is my newest acquisition, and I haven't given it a thorough try yet. It seems very soft at f/2.8, but maybe that's intentional if it was designed as a portrait lens. It did seem to sharpen up when stopped down a bit.

Consumer grade lens, and I haven't tried it out fully, but it's in great shape and the few test shots I made with it looked good.

White peacock butterfly down by the neighborhood lake.

She's gone from mugging for the camera to more serious posing, apparently. Then she wants to see the shot on the camera's LCD screen. Smart kid!

In between flapping wildly, there was much fluffing-up after seeing-off the other birds.
