Chùa Linh Sơn, a pagoda in Saigon that fosters orphan babies. Visiting there was a very happy event, the babies are used to strangers that come to cuddle and treat them, to act like a parent for an hour or two.. ( once they reach a certain age they will be transferred to other pagodas outside the city )
