Almost everybody has a physical imperfection that they'd like to change. Plastic surgery can change that for you. However, it does not come without very real risks, so all procedures should be considered carefully before a decision is made. The following article outlines some of the things you should consider when getting plastic surgery.
When discussing your upcoming procedure with your cosmetic surgeon, be sure to make inquiries about his or her credentials. Be sure to ask the surgeon about their schooling, and how much experience they have - both in years and amount of procedures. Ask to see before and after photographs of the surgeon's patients.
Check out your surgeon's malpractice insurance coverage. In case the surgery goes wrong, this insurance will cover the cost to fix the problem. If a surgeon doesn't have insurance, it may be because he has had claims in the past that make it too costly for him to acquire. Therefore, do not use a surgeon that doesn't have malpractice insurance.
Being put under with anesthesia is never without risk. One example is unusual or abnormal heart rates during surgery. This heart irregularity can be dangerous and should be administered at all times. When a patient is under anesthesia the blood flow can diminish. An irregular heartbeat, or arrhythmia can be the result. So, carefully weigh the pros and cons before deciding on any surgery.
Get a tour of the hospital before the day of your surgery. Even if you are familiar with the building, request to view exactly where you will have your procedure done. Getting to know the areas you will have your procedures done can help you feel more relaxed.
Research all of the credentials available on your plastic surgeon before surgery. Most surgical enhancement procedures are relatively safe, but making the wrong choice in a physician does increase risks. Ask friends and family if they know of good surgeons you could consider.
Cosmetic surgery can improve your life, but you should not jump into it without doing your homework first. A cautious approach is best. Use this information wisely before choosing an option. By approaching your decision with caution, you can finally have the appearance of your dreams. www.fsec.ucf.edu/dbase/engauge/forum/profile.php?mode=vie...
Image recorded from inside Oak House, one of the few remaining buildings on the site of St Augustine's Hospital. The site is due to be demolished and is in serious state of misuse and abandonment.
St Augustine’s Hospital (1875–1993) was a psychiatric hospital in Chartham, Kent. It was founded as the second, or East, Kent County Asylum in 1872. In 1948 the hospital became part of the National Health Service and was renamed St Augustine's Hospital. The hospital gained notoriety in the 1970s when it was the subject of a committee of inquiry into malpractice and mismanagement. St Augustine's Hospital closed in 1993 and the site is now occupied by housing, although a few of the original hospital buildings remain.

The first show of our 2016-17 season is Alan Bennett’s hilarious farce, ‘Habeas Corpus’. It can’t be better described than in Paul Taylor’s review of a revival at the Donmar Warehouse in 1996:
‘Mammaries and mortality loom large in Habeas Corpus, Alan Bennett’s blissfully funny 1973 farce. Like some saucy Magill seaside postcard as retouched by Magritte, or an end-of-the-pier romp reorganised by Orton, the piece shows how a collection of stock types from Hove (randy GP, sex-starved wife, flat-chested spinster who longs to be stacked like the Cairngorms, etc) find themselves propelled into the permissive society with the arrival of a false-breast fitter from Leatherhead. Identities are mistaken, the wrong knockers admiringly fondled, and libidos burst out of enforced hibernation.
Putting the focus on a couple of doctors who want to ensnare each other for professional malpractice enables Habeas Corpus to be in two minds about the human body. The job is a licence for roving hands and eyes and the play is very droll about the parless protocols of touch (‘Touching is what loved ones are for,’ declares the permanently affronted Lady Rumpers, ‘because loving takes the sting out of it.’). But being a doctor also offers extensive opportunities for getting to grips with the body at its least lovely and most mortal. Hence the conclusion that you should get as much sex in as you can before the only thing that’s rampant about you is the rot.’

In most personal injury and wrongful death cases, the opposition is enormous. The large insurance companies and big businesses have incredible resources to muster against any claim, with the goal of NOT paying out anything that they are not ordered by the Courts to do so. They are not focused on doing the right thing, but representing only their own interests against claimants who rarely have the will, or the expertise, to fight them for a proper and just outcome.
Injuries can occur in a wide range of situations and environments. The leading causes of accident and injury are:
Motor Vehicle Collisions and Accident
Trucking Accidents
Motorcycle Accidents
Boating Accidents
Negligence in Public Places-Slip and Fall Accidents and Injuries
Workplace or labor related injuries
Building liabilities and “slip and fall” accidents
Surgical errors and medical malpractice
Product liability and defective product litigation
Elderly care and child abuse
Now you can turn to Lopez and Humphries, P.A. to represent your claim and explain everything that you need to know about the laws governing your case. The firm has over 2 decades of trial law experience and know their way way around, and through, the system that is designed to stop you in your tracks when pursuing your legitimate claim for damages…or worse. Don't attempt to handle any of this on your own, and NEVER SIGN ANY LEGAL DOCUMENT OR ACCEPT ANY CLAIMS SETTLEMENT before consulting an attorney first!
Whenever an accident or injury occurs, the hospital and doctor related expenses are only the beginning. We understand the additional and devastating consequences brought on by injuries or death and will work diligently and professionally to recover the compensation that YOU deserve related to:
Medical/Hosptial/Physician costs
Loss of Income

Less than a day after the first debate of the GOP primary, former Florida governor Jeb Bush is back in New Hampshire campaigning.
At a town hall Friday night in Barrington, Bush spoke about how he won't campaign with anger and instead spoke a lot about policy.
He started his day at Brown's Lobster Pound in Seabrook. After greeting voters -- trying a lobster roll -- Bush told reporters he plans to campaign hard on and off the debate stage between now and the primaries.
"I think I did fine (in the debate). I am who I am," Bush said.
He's declining to criticize his Republican rivals, including Donald Trump, who refused to pledge support to the party's eventual nominee. Instead, Bush says he's focused on sharing his record as governor with voters and letting people get to know who he is.
"So you take advantage of opportunities when you have them, speak from your heart," Bush said. "I don't view this debating as question of winning or losing. It's the cumulative effect of shaping peoples opinion of who you are over the long haul."
Bush said Democrats' attacks against him show he is the candidate they fear most.
"Let me think why they would be. Because maybe it's because they consider me the biggest threat," Bush said.

John Ellis "Jeb" Bush (born February 11, 1953) is an American businessman and politician who served as the 43rd Governor of Florida from 1999 to 2007.
Bush is the second son of former President George H. W. Bush and former First Lady Barbara Bush, and the younger brother of former President George W. Bush, grandson of the late Prescott Sheldon Bush, American Banker and United States Senator from Connecticut. He grew up in Houston, Texas. He graduated from the Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts and attended the University of Texas, where he earned a degree in Latin American affairs. Following his father's successful run for Vice President in 1980, he moved to Florida and pursued a career in real estate development. In 1986, Bush was named Florida's Secretary of Commerce, a position he held until his resignation in 1988 to help his father's successful campaign for the Presidency.
In 1994, Bush made his first run for office, narrowly losing the election for governor by less than two percentage points to the incumbent Lawton Chiles. Bush ran again in 1998 and defeated Lieutenant Governor Buddy MacKay with 55 percent of the vote. He ran for reelection in 2002 and won with 56 percent to become Florida's first two-term Republican governor. During his eight years as governor, Bush was credited with initiating environmental improvements, such as conservation in the Everglades, supporting caps for medical malpractice litigation, moving Medicaid recipients to private systems, and instituting reforms to the state education system, including the issuance of vouchers and promoting school choice.
Bush is a candidate for the Republican nomination in the 2016 presidential election.

O'Reilly settled in Boston, and soon found work on the newspaper the Pilot.[3] His first major assignment was coverage of the Fenian convention in New York in 1870, and the subsequent third Fenian invasion of Canada. The invasion was a complete disaster, and the experience of covering it prompted O'Reilly to reverse his opinion on military Fenianism. Thereafter he rejected militancy, and sought to achieve Ireland's independence by raising the status and self-esteem of the Irish people.
O'Reilly proclaimed his views through his prolific writing, his lecture tours, and his work in the Pilot. His views were well received by Boston's large Irish-born population, and the Pilot's readership grew until it was one of the most read newspapers in the country. O'Reilly soon became its editor, and eventually became part-owner.
In 1872 he married Mary Murphy, herself a journalist writing for the "Young Crusader" under the name of Agnes Smiley. They had four daughters: Mollie, Eliza, Agnes and Blanid. Agnes went on to marry the Harvard philosopher William Ernest Hocking. In their Cambridge, Massachusetts home, she started an open air school that grew into Shady Hill School, still thriving today near Harvard Square. Their three children were Richard, Joan, and Hester.
O'Reilly published his first book of poems, Songs from the Southern Seas, in 1873. Over the next fifteen years, he would publish another three collections of poetry, a novel, and a treatise on health and exercise. His poetry was extremely popular at the time, and he was often commissioned to write poems for important and commemorative occasions. Most of his earlier work is nowadays dismissed as mere popular verse, but some of his later, more introspective poetry, such as his best known poem The Cry of the Dreamer, is still highly regarded.
In 1875, John Devoy sought O'Reilly's advice on how the Clan na Gael might rescue the six military Fenians still serving time in Western Australia. The initial plan had been to storm Fremantle Prison and rescue the Fenians by force of arms; O'Reilly rejected that plan, and instead suggested that the rescue party pick up the escapees according to a prearranged plan. He also suggested the purchase of a whaling ship, which would be seen to be on legitimate business in Fremantle. O'Reilly's plan was adopted, and ultimately led to the Catalpa rescue.
In his later years, O'Reilly became prone to illness, and suffered from bouts of insomnia. Late in the evening of 9 August 1890, while suffering from insomnia, he took some of his wife's sleeping medicine, which contained chloral hydrate. In the early hours of the morning, he was found dead. There remains some doubt as to the cause of death. Public announcements attributed O'Reilly's death to heart failure, but the official death register claims "accidental poisoning". If O'Reilly was killed by an overdose of chloral hydrate, then it is possible that he took his life, or that he was a victim of medical malpractice.
A bronze monument to O'Reilly stands on the Fenway in Boston.

And than perhaps I can also add Indian society and its attitude towards appeasement of God through charity also gives a greater boost for begging.
At every mosque , Sufi Shrine , Hindu Temples outside the Church you will find beggars but hardly any beggars outside the Synagogue or the Parsi Fire Temple.
Muslim beggars are commonly found at Ajmer , and beggars are means to pleasing God ..
This lady intrigued me with her well fashioned eyebrows and her surprise when I daringly took this shot outside Naizamuddin Aulia.
And there is a well organized beggar mafia that has the beggars of all size shape deformities in their fold , and children are kidnapped forced into beggary , and in most cases forced into prostitution too.. and there is nothing that can be done to prevent it as the system is corrupt and the cops other top level people it is alleged form the matrix of evil,.
I am a street photographer and not an activist I have shot a lot of beggars , they stalk me perpetually , beggars in hijab are not always Muslim but the skull cap, the headscarf the hijab touch the Muslim donor and he opens up his purse for them specially Muslim kids in head scarves .
And I know beggars through their body language .. at Linking road Bandra young beggar girls with garish lipsticks , heavily made up faces become hijras clapping their hands and make good money from college students and other simple folks.
Beggars are also part of their surroundings , at Ajmer Sharif Taragadh there are the usual beggars ,, faces that are there every year and they come here as there is Hope and good money in begging.
And there are those who seeing the beggars making money , able bodied folks who husband wife child beg at street corners for a train ticket saying their baggage and wallets were stolen and the next day you will find them at another street corner .. its a game they play successfully on the naive and the gullible ,
There is another motherfucker who burns his child at the Pali Turner Road Signal and with a prescription in hand begs money for treating the child , I chased him once and shot his picture too .. but he is there .
So begging is lucrative and once a person becomes a beggar , than a beggar he remains .. drugaddicts become beggars and at Taragadh the beggars inflict wounds pour hot oil let it fester till maggots appear and they beg in the hot blazing sun..
The worst is little kids drugged forced to beg on the waist of another minor kid and the parents keep a watch from the other end of the traffic signal.
I have lived with the beggar commune at Ajmer and seen the deathly despair ,, and one beggar that haunts me even today is the lady with two faces ..
Deformity brings in more alms , cruel parents will gouge a childs eyes if it is to make money , I mean it is a petty crime to other heinous ones , parents force their children into prostitution in places like Goa Manali Pushkar .. but it is ll done discreetly I am told ,, hand in gloves with those who are supposed to be godfathers of law and order .
You have money sky is the limit ..as a photographer nothing escapes the camera eye and that is one reason security people hate photographers for they too are guilty of malpractice , that is why photographers are bullied , tortured and framed in false cases implicated .. so I wear a Press Card round my neck like a Dog License ..but some times the Press Card does not Help ,,
Cops hate photographers and rogue cops certainly do hate photographers and now with the mobile phone ,, you dont need to be a photographer to shoot the evil on the streets .
I shoot stories through pictures and back to this lady with her well made up eyebrows .. why is she begging .. simply because there are so many assholes who love giving money ,,to beggars such as these than those wizened old hags groveling at your feet ..
And my tryst with beggars began as a child when my dad took me to Haji Ali , and I saw a beggar who would shout out 5 Paise Lunga 5 Gali Doonga .I will take 5 coins and give you 5 abuses .
The beggars of Haji Ali God has stopped making them completely .

The lesser of two evils, is still a fear based solution. People who vote based upon presidential campaign promises deserve the frustrations and disappointments they endure. Presidential campaigns play upon and exploit the level of expectations among constituents; nothing more. Election campaigns are run by managers and public relations analysts who strive after discerning the hearts and minds of the people in order to direct their candidates answers and speeches for mass appeal.
If one truly desires to be free, the first steps involve shedding the savior mentality. As long as freedom lies outside of people, people will be a slave both internally and externally.

The Rev. Jeremiah Wright Recalls Obama’s Fall From Grace - by Chris Hedges
Barack Obama’s politically expedient decision to betray and abandon his pastor, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, exposed his cowardice and moral bankruptcy. In that moment, playing the part of Judas, he surrendered the last shreds of his integrity. He became nothing more than a pawn of power, or as Cornel West says, “a black mascot for Wall Street.”

Beautiful German actress Susanne Cramer (1936-1969) was known for her film career but also for her tumultuous private life.
Susanne Cramer also known as Susan Cramer and Suzanne Cramer was born in 1936 in Frankfurt am Main. At 20 she married actor Hermann Nehlsen, who was 17 years her senior. He stimulated her film ambitions. She started her career with two supporting roles in Waldwinter/Winter in the Woods (1956, Wolfgang Liebeneiner) and the Heimatfilm Rot ist die Liebe/Love is Red (1956, Karl Hartl) before she played the leading lady opposite Heinz Erhardt in the comedy Die gestohlene Hose/The Stolen Trousers (1956, Géza von Cziffra), and opposite Claus Biederstaedt in another comedy, Kleines Zelt und große Liebe/Two in a Sleeping Bag (1956, Rainer Geis). That year she also appeared in the French drama Les assassins du dimanche/Every Second Counts (1956, Alex Joffé). Her marriage quickly went sour, and she had an affair with Claus Biederstadt which ended in two suicide efforts. In 1957 she played in seven films, including Wie ein Sturmwind/The Night of the Storm (1957, Falk Harnack) with Lilli Palmer and Ivan Desny, the comedy Witwer mit 5 Töchtern/Widower with 5 Daughters (1957, Erich Engels) again opposite Heinz Erhardt, and Vacanze a Ischia/ Holiday Island (1957, Mario Camerini) with Vittorio de Sica. In 1958 Susanne married to colleague actor Helmuth Lohner, but a divorce followed after five months. They married a second time. A daughter was born, Konstanze Lohner, but after a short time a second divorce followed. Other films in which she appeared were the crime film Der Greifer/The Copper (1958, Eugen York) with Hans Albers, Nick Knattertons Abenteuer - Der Raub der Gloria Nylon/The Kidnapping of Miss Nylon (1959, Hans Quest), and another comedy with Heinz Erhardt, Drei Mann in einem Boot/Three men in a Boat (1961, Helmut Weiss).
Susanne Cramer moved to Hollywood and there she appeared in several tv-series like Perry Mason (1964-1965), Bonanza (1965) and Ironside (1967). She also played supporting parts in films like the comedy Bedtime Story (1964, Ralph Levy) starring Marlon Brando and David Niven, and Dear Brigitte (1965, Henry Koster) starring James Stewart. She married the American actor Kevin Hagen, and they stayed together for the rest of her life. In 1966, when she wanted to visit her colleague Renate Ewert in München (Munich), she found her friend dead. According to some sources Renate was already dead for six days; other sources say even for three weeks. This shocking experience bothered Susanne very much. There were later many rumors about her own death in 1969 by pneumonia in a private clinic in Hollywood. A medical malpractice reportedly caused her death. Susanne Cramer was then only 32 years old.
