Produces one sixteen page booklet that fits nicely in a pocket for making notes or scribbling. Perfect for those too damn cheap to use Merlin's HipsterPDA - or just not that hip.

After many years, I have a sourdough starter again and I am trying to keep up with it. This is today's project.
I planted a blood orange tree a couple of years ago and my harvests
are starting to get to be a decent size! I picked about 20 of them,
wrapped them in my skirt like a farm girl and couldn't resist taking
a photo of them after I cut them open. YUM.

I decided to try my hand at making some hard cider this year. I’ve been making my own apple cider vinegar for a few years and I’ve heard it’s better if you start with hard cider. Generally to make my vinegar I simply pour cider into a big glass jar, cover with cheesecloth and let it sit for a few months until it’s vinegar, easy as that. I do buy unpasteurized cider from a small local press, so it contains the natural yeasts in it that ferment it and then turn it into vinegar.
