Passing by the MSC Magnifica in Newcastle, we had a great long week-end in Scotland, awesome place to be
Location: Drop Off, Tulamben, Bali, Indonesia

This little Robin followed me around Saville gardens in Windsor Great Park yesterday, where all the new buds are heralding Spring growth!
We haven't seen these for a few years.
They seem a lot darker than I remember.
Another of our rare orchids.

Beijinhoss :*

Beautiful MSC Magnifica in port in Liverpool today. She is 964 feet long and can carry 3605 passengers and 1027 crew. I thought she was very aptly named!
Wohlfahrtia magnifica,or spotted flesh fly, sometimes called the screwworm fly, though species of flies from other families can go by this name. It is a species of fly belonging to the family Sarcophagidae. The adults are about 6–10 mm in length.
I saw this magnificent tree through some other trees, and it far outshone any other tree in the area (don't ask me to estimate the size -- I need to go back, at this point, and take another look at it, and also find out what it is -- probably a pear). It was just begging me to photograph it, and since I think begging is beneath this regal specimen, I gladly took its picture.
So, will confirm it's a pear tree. I know for sure it's not a magnolia -- the flowers are much too small.
