A self portrait. My roommates were all out on a Thursday night enjoying "wristband night" and getting plowed, but I stayed at home to work on photos. After awhile I decided I wanted to do some self portraits, something I hadn't done in quite some time. Had a lot of fun using the hat, glasses, and Magic cards as props.
On one end of the hall all the doors had Magic Card nametags, and on the other side the doors had classic board game nametags. And in fact this is kind of an appropriate thing in general, because the "Magic: The Gathering" game was designed by a math professor at Whitman College.
A landscape inspired by the Magic: The Gathering "Shadowmoor" block, set inside a Magic land card. The original card can be seen here:

(The card design, Shadowmoor logo, and white mana symbols are, I'm sure, all copyrighted by Wizards of the Coast. This is just an homage created by a big fan of the game and is not for profit, so I hope no one minds!)
