Find the hidden Pascal from Tangled at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom theme park near Orlando, Florida.
The light show displayed across the facade of the iconic Cinderella Castle, the showpiece since 1971, at the Orlando, FL Walt Disney World Resort's "Magic Kingdom" park, included an ever-changing array of LED lights. In the daytime, the elaborate nets of lights of lights were hardly visible, but at night, the castle was a-glow with thousands of ice-cool lights, in shades of purple, pink, pale aqua and ivory white.
I used this wonderful texture from Sierra Photo Designs to make this image even more magical. You can find the texture here:
Magic Curls Doll from 1982.
She came with the Magic Mist, it is a powder to mix with water and when you wash her hair with the mixture the hair turns straight, then if washed only with water the hair turns curly again. Tons of fun when you are little (when your mum allows you to play with water)

water drop shot for strobist sundays theme movement and macro mondays theme magic. these are a bit tuffer than i anticipated. i probably took 300 shots and this was all i got. i think im gunna stick to these type of splash shots, they're much easier.
strobist: lp120 fired @ 1/8th (i think) power via cactus v4, aimed at white foam core behind subject.

This Magic Carpet Monday shot is a picture I have been after for almost two years. It's taken me so long to get a picture I am happy with because, for one, the carpet moves really fast in this extremely dark scene, and the second reason is that I have a phobia of ISOs over 800. Lol.
I spent quite a bit of time processing this, so if you something that I could improve upon please let me know. Constructive criticism is always appreciated :)
No explanation necessary.
Comments are very much appreciated. Please NO "post 1, comment 2" types, NO multiple invitations in one comment and please do not add notes. They will be deleted. Thank you.
Magic Island was a restaurant in Houston, Texas that featured a magic show and dinner at a high price. It closed after Hurricane Katrina and has never reopened since. Locked up pretty well, it has suffered ok against time, looters, and the elements. It has some holes in the roof, there has been a fire, and it has no electricity. With the permission of the people in charge of the property I was allowed to go through and photograph it before it is lost for all time. Most of these photos are either close up with a flash or I painted with my flashlight while the camera was on a tripod. There are disco balls, sarcophagi, a theater and a steam punk elevator. I had never been there before and it was interesting to go from room to room and have no idea what I would see next.

Inspired by Strobist.com article, but after the first attempts everyone told me: "Nice Photoshop work".
So, this was made to prove that the photo was made in one take. Carefull its 220v in the socket!
The photo was taken with the socket facing downwards. Two SB800 from either sides illuminates the socket, a third one illuminates the blue background. The light in the bulb is real. A 220v line is soldered to the socket and goes through a hole in the background.
