One of the #salads from last weeks #charity grill event. The usual #glutenfree fare & #madewithlove Chick peas with apricots, red pepper, almonds, lettuce, red onion, loads of coriander, plus oil & vinegar. Originally wanted to do it with mango, but was more important to try to keep everything local, hence the apricots, which came fresh from a friends garden 😊. #food #sugarfree#madefromscratch#dairyfree
