I think that at this moment many people are dreaming about the beach.I decided to have some fun building a fake beach scene for this little crab (1inch of size), especially for the Macro Mondays week theme.

I found that inserting a flower that cast a shadow but with small enough leaves to stay inside the illusary 'well' seemed to help create the sense of depth.
I donβt think itβs a famous brand, but I really loved this checkered denim shirt. I donβt wear it anymore because itβs too plentiful, but it used to be fashionable! :o)

I spent an afternoon wondering around looking for small curvy objects. This is the one I think came out best. This is a focus stacked image, done, literally, in the field. Image covers roughly 60mmx60mm. HMM and thanks to everyone that stops here to view, click the star or even leave a comment.
My little pencil sharpener (less than 1inch) contain a very cute alien ;)
