A sea anemone, growing inside a sea shell, a natural container. (1 of 2)

Macro Mondays, theme: Contained

The sea anemone is about half an inch across - it was not possible to hold up a ruler for a more accurate measurement since this was taken in an area of active surf - but the grains of sand give an indication of the small size.

Size: Less than 3x3 inches

The subjects are magnetised pins dangling from a bigger metal object. The odd one is the smaller pin with a round head.

There were 2 light sources, natural light through the windows at 9 o'clock and a table lamp at 3 o'clock.

The back ground colours are from a red plastic tomato sauce bottle on the right and a yellow plastic bag on the left.

今日のMacro Mondaysのお題は、「my closest」ということで、Mikimotoの真珠の指輪を撮ってみました。

For Macro Mondays “ Necklace” theme. My paternal grandmother died before I was born but I have a photo of her wearing this antique necklace.

Zwei Maschenbärchen sitzen einträglich nach getaner Arbeit nebeneinander und erholen sich von ihrer Arbeit.

Seit vielen Jahren im Einsatz haben sie immer einen guten Job geleistet. Sicher fragt Ihr Euch, welchen? Ihr Lebensziel ist; auf Stricknadeln zu sitzen. Wenn die Maschen zu vorwitzig werden und von der Stricknadel in die ersehnte Freiheit tanzen möchten sagen meine beiden Helfer-Bärchen STOP. Ich wünsche Euch eine friedliche gute Woche und... bleibt gesund.

For many years they have always done a good job. Surely you are asking yourselves, which one? Their goal in life is; to sit on knitting needles. Deux oursons à mailles sont assis côte à côte après avoir terminé leur travail et se reposent de leur tâche.

En service depuis de nombreuses années, ils ont toujours fait du bon travail. Vous vous demandez certainement lequel ? Leur but dans la vie est de s'asseoir sur des aiguilles à tricoter. Lorsque les mailles deviennent trop espiègles et veulent danser de l'aiguille à tricoter vers la liberté tant attendue, mes deux oursons auxiliaires disent STOP.
