Ms. Rakiatou Christelle Jackou Kafa, Deputy Minister for Industrial Development, Niger, receives a signed agreement between the Government of Niger and the IAEA to support a training course on gynaecological cancers (breast and cervical) for midwives in Niger from IAEA Deputy Director General and Head of the Department of Nuclear Sciences and Applications, Mr. Daud Mohamed.
