Here she lay on my studio table. I had forgotten about her for a few days. The other day I painted her with all the energy and bravado Ms Azelea was showing. How glorious I remember her being. But now the colors were all muted, dry leaves, and flat, all folded upon herself like some prom dress thrown on the floor. Yes now all the energy was replaced with an air of regalness and some type of majesty. Even now in the throws of of death she still was sharing with me and deserved another painting. I wish I could have done her justice. No hard line used this time, just watercolor and devoid of any volume like before.

Bei einem Tiefgang von 2.10 m kann ich 308 Tonnen Ladung transportieren, dies entspricht dem Transportvolumen von ca. 10 Lastwagen. Angetrieben werde ich durch einen Busmotor, Daimler-Benz OM 355 mit 200 PS bzw. 147 kW Leistung.

MS Rotterdam is the lead cruise ship of the Rotterdam class (R class) in the Holland America Line. Built in Italy in 1997, she is the sixth Holland America vessel to bear the name. She is named for SS Rotterdam of 1959, and also named after the city of Rotterdam, Netherlands. MS Rotterdam and her sister ship MS Amsterdam are loosely based on the original ship. Amsterdam and Rotterdam were co-flagships of Holland America Line (HAL).
Rotterdam carries an art collection onboard worth over US$2 million and features fine art and antiques.
