삼성화재, 대한의사협회와 MOU 체결
- 진료비 신속 지급 및 Hot-Line 개설 약속해
- 상생협력으로 소비자에게 더 나은 서비스 제공 가능해져
삼성화재(사장 지대섭)는 21일 남재호 삼성화재 부사장과 나춘근 의사협회 자동차보험협의회장 및 관계자들이 참석한 가운데 상호 불필요한 분쟁을 방지하고 신뢰받는 사회를 만들기 위해 '건전한 자동차보험 문화 정착을 위한 협약'을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약으로 의사협회 산하 의료기관은 교통사고환자의 조속한 원상회복을 위하여 필요한 진료에 최선을 다합으로써 올바른 진료문화 정착에 앞장서게 되며 삼성화재 도는 의료기관이 청구한 진료비를 신속히 지급하고, Hot Line도 개설해 불필요한 분쟁이 발생하지 않도록 사전협의 및 조율해 나갈 예정이다.
