This Morgan drove slowly in front of the Jazz Festival parade through Upton upon Severn yesterday just ahead of Lamarotte who always lead the parade. Lamarotte were all wearing high green muddy wellies instead of their usual smart black shoes because of all the rain we've had! As always, their music was wonderful, and as I stood at the the side of the road watching them go past, I couldn't keep still but had to dance!
I'm pleased with this shot, as it was a quick grab shot as the Morgan came nearer and nearer to where I was standing in the road and I needed to get out of it's way!

Week 26 FILL THE FRAME in 52 week project
The quaint scene at Morgan is briefly disturbed by the roar of a diesel locomotive echoing down the Cheesequake Creek as the twice-weekly local freight crosses the river. A lone boater waits patiently for the bridge to open after the train crosses.
Every so often you get to take a photo you are very proud of, this is mine of the moment. Morgan basking in the attention of her most loved human, to catch that very real moment of naturalness is an honour. The bond between these 2 gentle souls is very special indeed
Morgan 4/4 was the Morgan Motor Company's first car with four wheels. It appeared in 1936. Its model designation "4-4" (later "4/4") stood for four wheels and four cylinders. Earlier Morgans had been three-wheelers, only, typically with V-twin engines. Apart from a break during World War II (and the period March 1951 to September 1955) the 4/4 has been in continuous production from its debut right up to the present day.
Sefton uses this classic car as part of his bid to escape the clutches of the Kap'n'.
