Likely the only pictures of my SHIPtember build for this year. I got to work on this for a weekend last week, but I think I'm not gonna be able to get home and finish it anywhere close to the end of the month.

Sorry for the lack of activity here - been very busy! Just got back from my 2-week trip (to Alaska and Portland). Currently taking a vacay from that trip (it's ironic, but one really does need to have additional time off after a trip!).
My sis and her boy came to visit this week. He'll flash his smiles to strangers to show them how darn cute he is. But don't let that innocent smile fool ya - he's very mischievous!
he was a little grumpy from being tired, but we manged to get some sweet sleeping shots...rare for these 3-month sessions!

MoC Month Madness is a "little" project/experiment of mine, where I plan to build, photograph and share my MoCs on a daily basis from the 1st until the 31st of May, all with a goal to motivate myself to build more often and to improve my Lego photography skill.
Wish me luck!
Just barely built this today, the burden of a mind-numbing 9-to-5 job really taking it's toll...

This month's theme of "sleeping" for 12 months doesn't exactly tie in with my plan for action shots of Po. But I'll work on it for my "b" shot.
In the meantime, this was one of my favorite shots for Studio 26's blind shooting assignment.

It's been 7 months since my crash. The surgeon is pleased with my progress but there's still a very long way to go to complete recovery.
This week I was finally able to make a complete circle with my leg on the exercise bike. It's a small victory, but a victory nonetheless.
Despite all the grief and incredible frustration this ordeal is causing me, I miss riding like crazy and I can't wait to get another bike and get back on the road.
