So it seems like Lego messed up with my latest parts order and sent me some not-yet-released prints that'll come with the microscale Diagon Alley (40289) instead of unprinted ones. I didn't bother too much about them, but realizing no one has probably seen them yet I thought I'd share a pic.

This is my 1950's Balda Mess-Baldix rangefinder. It's my very best camera in terms of the quality of output. In reality the specs are quite simple, its Enna Ennagon lens is a 3.5/75mm triplet that stops down to f/22. It must be one of the nicest made triplets, though--It's a stunning piece of glass. The shutter is a Prontor SVS with 1/300 - B settings. Though the rangefinder is decoupled, I don't find it at all problematic. Film transport includes a complicated double exposure prevention system that actually works quite well. My case is a bit tattered, but it keeps the camera in great shape. The camera is exceedingly light and smaller than many 35mm SLRs or even some 35mm rangefinders. Best of all, the camera was a gift. Thanks Jo and Nick!
I was going to take a better shot, but my Nikon D50 just had an accident and won't be available for more shots for awhile.

'Moscow' - a riot to work with!
A scan from a print, neg long gone, I'm leaving this 'as is', a precious moment in time for me! Harold had a 'special relationship' with one of our foremen regarding horse racing, neither of them managed an early retirement on the strength of it! I miss them all.....
