2LB Meatloaf stuffed with celery, raisins,diced yellow onions , diced tomatoes 🍅, diced green pepper, 2 eggs, breadcrumbs, ketchup, & brown-sugar which is used to glaze the top. Place in oven 375 for 30 minutes. Cover the pan used with foil when time is finished to keep moisture in the meat. Bon petit.

My favorite is the Meatloaf book. Also the Microwaving one came free with the updated Joy of Cooking (which isn't as good as my '64 edition). The larger version looks a lot better.
