Saturday was a day for cooking

I'd dumped in the chopped onions and green bell peppers and hand mixed it into the meat. I almost forgot about the Worchestershire (I call it English Soy Sauce) Sauce. It really adds something to any meat dish. Oh, and I'd already sprinkled some garlic powder and season all into the mixture.

sorry about the aperture. against my better judgement, i'd only brought a borrowed 50mm along with me to chick-n-coop, which means that in order to take this picture, i was pretty much standing 8' away from the table. this is my meatloaf.
