L’édifice actuel impressionne par sa silhouette élancée.
Son plan est constitué d’une nef de trois travées avec bas-côtés, d’un transept saillant et d’un chœur à chevet plat flanqué de deux petites chapelles rectangulaires.
Sa construction s’est effectuée en deux campagnes entre les années 1150 et 1180.
Partiellement épargné par la Guerre, l’ensemble oriental a été bâti en premier.
D’allure encore romane avec ses volumes carrés et ses étroites fenêtres, il semble n’avoir reçu de voûtes d’ogives – sur la croisée du transept et le chœur (cette dernière aujourd’hui disparue) – que lors de la construction de la nef.
Les croisillons n’ont jamais été voûtés et les chapelles sont couvertes d’un petit berceau brisé.

Es ist ein weitgehend unbeachteter kleiner Wasserfall nicht weit von meinem zu Hause entfernt. Und er bietet sooooo viele unterschiedliche Gesichter, dass es einfach nur eine Freude ist, dort zu sitzen und zu träumen.......und natürlich Bilder zu machen.
Und kein Mensch stört die Ruhe, die man dort finden kann ;))

Halfway Prairie Wildlife Area animal barn from the former Matz Farm homesteaded in 1852. Barn (pictured here) was constructed in the 1850s and the nearby home was constructed in the mid-1870s (home was largely burnt down in 1949 but some of the outer stone walls remain) after Mr. Matz returned from service in the American Civil War (conversation with Dane County Parks staff in 2018). Near the town of Cross Plains, Wisconsin.

In Major League Baseball, spring training is a series of practices and exhibition games preceding the start of the regular season. Spring training allows new players to try out for roster and position spots, and gives existing team players practice time prior to competitive play. Spring training has always attracted fan attention, drawing crowds who travel to the warmer climates to enjoy the weather and watch their favorite teams play, and spring training usually coincides with spring break for many US college students.
Spring training typically starts in mid February and continues until just before Opening Day of the regular season, traditionally the first week of April. In some years, teams not scheduled to play on Opening Day will play spring training games that day. Pitchers and catchers report to spring training first because pitchers benefit from a longer training period. A few days later, the position players arrive and team practice begins. Team members normally wear their batting practice uniforms for the duration of spring training and only wear their normal jerseys beginning on Opening Day.
