A family member just purchased a brand new MacBook and asked me to install some software onto Leopard as well as to install a copy of Windows for her. I wish this was my laptop! It was really nice to finally get to use one.
the only thing to be playing with on cold wet horrid days stuck indoors.
This is on a square magnet. This one is with a round magnet.
These magnets are made from scraps of fabric, clear pebbles, craft adhesive, and a heavy duty magnet.

I hit the magnet jackpot! I recieved my package of beautiful magnets from Dawn - wolfmom2ac and I just love them! It was fun to get three different kinds. Perfectly fussy cut button magnets, bottle caps with fabric inside and she made the pears I had in my mosaic! Perfect! I also love the little bling she added. THANK YOU Dawn!
Zen Magnets (@1464) - Flying Kick Action !
Zen Magnets (@1464) - Flying Kick Action ! This original design uses 2x Magnet Men or Battle Droid variations to capture the classic martial arts Flying Kick and Sweep Kick techniques. The challenge was to get the body proportions and joint bends accurate with the limitations of the magnetic fields. Added 3D details to enhance the head, chest, arms, and legs to give the impression of depth while shooting the action lying flat. This removed the complexity burden of supporting the upright stances, which was in the original idea of a kick/block supporting both.

Lagen schon ziemlich lang rum.....heute habe ich meine Magnet-Lieferung erhalten, nun konnte ich sie endlich fertigstellen.......
I have very unique walls because they are made of a metal material that magnets stick to. As a result, I am now collecting magnets, selectively, of course.
The top two were bought at the Aotea Square Market in Auckland City, and the bottom one was picked up at Spotlight.

Monster Magnet is an American rock band. Hailing from Red Bank, New Jersey, the group was founded by Dave Wyndorf (vocals and guitar), John McBain (guitar) and Tim Cronin (vocals and drums).
Monster Magnet's style is heavily influenced by 1970s space rock such as Hawkwind, and proto-metal bands such as Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Blue Oyster Cult, Captain Beyond and Sir Lord Baltimore. In addition to recording covers such as Black Sabbath's "Into the Void" (Master of Reality, 1971) and Hawkwind's "Brainstorm" (Doremi Fasol Latido, 1972), Wyndorf sometimes incorporated elements of space rock staples into his own songs. For instance, the Dopes to Infinity title track borrows some of its lyrics from "Lord of Light" (ibid.), and Superjudge's "Twin Earth" is a reinterpretation of Captain Beyond's "Mesmerization Eclipse" (Captain Beyond, 1972). The main guitar riff to the track Dopes To Infinity is lifted from The Sir Lord Baltimore song "Woman Tamer" (Sir Lord Baltimore,1971). The band has also cited British new wave / post-punk band Depeche Mode as an influence on its music. They have also covered "Black Celebration" for a 1998 Depeche Mode tribute album.
These are the ones I designed for our house back in 2005. I've gotten so many compliments over the years, I thought I'd officially put them into production.
This is a photo of four magnet spools holding my 10,684 Zen Magnets. After building a shape, it's easy to wind the magnets onto the spools in a single long chain, which is particularly convenient when building shapes. Three magnets are glued permanently to each spool and the chain proceeds from one end of these three magnets, which ensures that the polarity of the chain is always the same, and which enables an accurate measurement of the number of magnets using marks on the spools every 100 magnets.
