Set of 3 magnets which are very handy for your refridgerator, filing cabinet or other metal surface. Use them to hold take-out menus or important phone numbers. Or, they can hold nothing and just sit there looking all shiny and pretty.
These 3.2 cm (1.25 in) round magnets are decorated with original marbled art. The marbled art on the magnets is exactly the marbled art that I pulled off the marbling tray. I rinsed it, I dried it, I scrutinized it for flaws, and then it was used to decorate these [useful little things].
The marbled patterns are made by dragging rakes and combs across floating paint droplets. The contrast of the colors emphasizes the fine details in the patterns.
In front of my desktop (with my beloved imac :P ) I have a double magnet blackboard where I post random things, like postcards, notes, contacts, concert tickets...
The magnet board is looking pretty full - a combination of ones we've pick-up and gifts from family and friends.

These magnets are amazing. I realised when I tried to take off the blonde wig that as long as the magnets were still there the wig was rather hard to get off. Of course they were 25 of the magnets on each side but this needed some investigation so I took the most mezzy wig I have, which is Pocca's old purple wig. I put it on the head and one magnet on each side. I did hide the magnets in the hair and shaked the head, gently but still so much that the wig would have fallen off. It did not. I then took the doll and held her upside down but the wig remained on her head; PERFECT!
These magnets are seriously strong and with this discovery I dont need to buy wig caps that somewhat makes wigs get bigger and loose. AWESOME!
A test shape. I COULD make this nine times bigger, but it's just not photogenic. It's a little flimsy, and the pins tend to stay out of place. I could make the cubes bigger which would give the pins a larger surface to sit on, but they might be too large for the matrix effect. I dunno...
I will make a larger one out of Zen Magnets (as opposed to my broken test magnets) if you people want. =)

i'm not sure if the doughnut MAGNET is polarized through the flat sides or if he means N is the outer rim & S is the inner rim. Will have to test both.
