I love how the details in this ceramic turned out. It's a multi-dimensional surface so it seems to offer nice contrast on the carved lines from the exterior portion.

The subject was about 2m from the camera. In the first 10 seconds I lit the right hand side of the subjects face from about 1m away with a hand torch perpendicular to the subject-camera axis. The second 10 seconds were completely dark and were for the subject to rotate through 90 degrees. In the last 10 seconds I lit the left hand side of the subjects face from about 1m away, to the right of the camera, just out of shot.

I was trying to get an old-school ‘double exposure’ effect from a single long exposure digital compact. It is far from perfect, but I like the results and am sure I’ll improve the technique next time.

So, if you've come all this way and read all the blurb, let me know

what you think!

You like it? Good, let me know what you like.

You dont like it? Even better!, Let me know what is wrong and what you think I

can improve on...

This is the second crack I've had at this, the other one can be seen here...

This photos are make just in clubs, with the goal of get a real studio set looks like, the result ( i hope) is get a hi quality low key photo with a more relax feeling that a posing studio and maybe got some cool club looks.

Queste foto sono fatte solo in club, con l'obbiettivo di ottenere una foto low key ad alta qualità che sembri scattata in uno studio ma con una naturalezza è un atteggiamento molto più ''da club'' del soggetto.
