Shane left a bunch of his stuff at my house when he visited in 2006. This yo-yo was in the pocket of his leather jacket. In 2008 I called to let him know that "I've claimed ownership of your leather jacket." He said "That's cool, just don't lose the yo-yo in the pocket." The yo-yo still resides in the same small front pocket. Shane died in a car crash in July 2009.

Shane was a best friend, closer to a little brother. I knew him for 24 years, he was 38 when he died.

Revolution of the yo-yo when in motion.

Revolution of our planet, how one day someone is there, the next day they're gone.

Revolution of Shane's life, a rebellious boy then a rebellious man, who lived life on his own terms.

Revolution of the leather jacket that Shane owned and lived life in it for 15 years and now I live life in it.

Revolution against upside down and blurred vision that has caused many wars and much death in human history.

Beautiful view of the ceiling inside Borujerdi House, situated in Kashan, Isfahan province of Iran.

The Borujedri historial house was built in 1857 by architect Ustad Ali Maryam, for the wife of Seyyed Mehdi Borujerdi, a wealthy merchant. The wife came from the affluent Tabatabaei family, which Seyyed Mehdi fall in love with her and built this house for her.

It consists of a rectangular beautiful courtyard, delightful wall paintings by the royal painter Sani ol molk, and three 40 meter tall wind towers which help cool the house to unusually cool temperatures. It has 3 entrances, and all the classic signatures of traditional Persian residential architecture, such as a biruni yard (exterior yard) and a daruni yard (andarun) (interior yard). The house took eighteen years to build using 150 craftsmen.
