This is Rabbit's Lounge. There last day was Memorial Day, May 25th. Rabbit, the owner, retired. Too bad too. This bar is in a seedy part of town, but it's an area that's being revitalized. In another a year or two..Who knows.

During the soft light of evening I came across this sweet rabbit, lounging and relaxing on my front lawn.

It was comfortable with my presence and allowed me many fine captures. It would put up its head like this to sure all was well, then go back to munching on the tender grass shoots.

What you see here in this image is what I consider the core style and essence of my photography. Taking the ordinary and transforming it into the extraordinary.
